If your router has an ACL enabled to block google or whatever, you have to go into the configuration of it and make the changes. Most routers that the general public uses don't have this feature. Usually it is only high end routers like Cisco. Call your router manufacturer and ask them what's up.

someone may have banned googles site by accident , go into your router config usually 192.168.0.1 , check if its been banned
