What is this Dotted Circle in iTunes and why I can't I play this file

Does any one know what this dotted cirlce means in my iTunes and why I can no longer play any songs with the Dotted Circle?
iTunes is being completed iFail right now!!!

And for the record, this music was purchased legally.

okay..... problem resolved......
What I did was update firmware to the latest version. Doing this cleared all the music with the dotted circles. Plugged iPhone in. Opened iTunes and select FILE --> Devices --> Transfer Purchases from iPhone.

Apple..... "think different"..... :shakesfist:
