Quick question if anybody has an answers..

7 clients (all of them physically hooked up to a switch, 7 total switches)
7 switches all connected via straight thru cat 5 into a router
7 routers connected to each other with DTE and DTC serial interfaces.

Client 1 can ping client 2 (router, switch, and workstation) but client 2 cannot ping client 1 but he can ping client 3. (traffic moving counterclock wise only)

(all routers running cisco discovery protocol and RIP, switches are trunking on both interfaces *interface for the workstation and the interface for the router*)

Serial port 0/0 is 172.16.20.4 255.255.255.0
Serial port 0/1 is 172.16.16.5 255.255.255.0

Just wondering if anyone has any clues because for my networking class we cannot get our network to fully operate.
