possible infection?

ok,i uninstalled my external HD drivers, and it was all good i guess...but after i rebooted,it took my pc FOREVER to turn on...normally it turns on in like 30sec-1min,but this time it took around 6 minutes....and now it says that my kaspersky anti virus is partily turned off (most of it is, anti virus,web anti virus,anti spy and anti spam) when i turned on my PC....and i tried turning it on but nothing works....help?

reinstall it? maybe the directory install for the antivirus was on the drive you took out

well...now my pc starts up so much slower...like 6minutes instead of 1....i think i might needa reformat it?

urg,im reformating now..takes forever tho to install and DL everything again,**** it

you need to make an image, it would take you 8 minutes or less to install it
