Hello all.
I'm posting this question in this area because I assume the OS type I'm looking for is Linux-based.
I'm looking for an OS that uses very little processing power, one whose sole purpose is to virtualize another OS on top of it. I want this to hopefully side-step certain issues with certain operating systems I use. That, and VM environments seem more friendly to me mostly because they're far easier to replace if damaged beyond repair.
Anyone know of an OS that's built for that kind of thing?
Worst case scenario I plan to grab a lightweight Linux distro I know of and just use virtualbox on it or something.
Thanks for the help.
