Is this possible in itunes?

I actually use windows vista but considering its an itunes question...
Anyway as you can see in the screenshot, with alot of my music there is a track number as part of the title. Is it possible to remove these without opening each track individually?
If you know of a way using windows thats fine too. Thanks alot

In iTunes itself, unfortunately not.
