I have acquired a 3COM OfficeConnect Ethernet 8 Hub
Is it possbilbe to connect my Home PC, NTL Cable modem & Laptop which all have Ethernet outlets into the Hub so I can access the Internet

How ? when I've plugged the PC & Broadband Internet connection into the Hub I get "Limited or no connectivity" on my Main PCs network adapter
Also why on a Cable Router do you have a Wan Port & separate Lan Ports ?
