I had the same problem with my first build. After reading the owners manual for the motherboard i figured out the mobo was shorting out to the case. I took the mobo with the vid card, cpu and fan installed out of the case, and set it on a wooden desk and powered it up. After getting a new case and reinstalling all the hardware everything worked fine.

Well if the computer used to work but now doesnt it couldnt be a case of inproper installation. No beeps means, dead motherboard, or dead processor. thats the codeing.
My mobo is at the MSI RMA center and its been 2 months already without a pc.
STILL WAITING. but i know its in progress.
