Every program gets different results. Thats why when you are trying to remove spyware you should use 3 or more different programs. Each finds something different and handles them differently.

I've used spybot , adaware abd ms antispyware i think they are all pretty good.

spybot and adware are both great programs, I use AVG, spywareblaster, spybot and AD aware SE personnel and I get less than 1 spyware and virus total every 1 week.
