Emails not being removed from Outlook outbox...

This is the second time this has happened to my client... When they send an email from Outlook with a MYOB file attached, the email sends but doesn't get deleted from the Outbox... As a result, it keeps sending multiple times until you delete it from the Outbox...

What is happening?
 
sounds like something is wrong with the SMTP server... what version of outlook do you have? what kind of SMTP server or email host do you have?

(oh yea, and whats MYOB..? cause i see that as Mind Your Own Business :))
 
It's probably being saved in the "Sent Items" folder and when you initiate or if they have the "Schedule an automatic send/receive" on which is set to 5 mintues as default or "Perform an automatic send/receive when exiting" it would probably resent again.

To fix the problem with send mail being saved: When your user create a new send mail tell them to click on the options button and uncheck "Save send mail to:"

To fix the Schedule and automatic sending/receiving: Press Ctrl Alt S

And uncheck the above settings.
