I had a virus change this setting on me once. Go to Tools>>Internet Options>>Connections>>Lan Settings. Uncheck everything and click ok. That resolved my past issue.

You may have an issue with the internet connection itself in which case I would contact your ISP. There could also be a workstation flooding the network. Monitor the logs in the SonicWall and see if there is a specific workstation talking alot. Could be virus activity.
