i'd say a 3.4HT P4 LGA775 and an ABIT ag8 mobo. overclock the thing a bit and your flyin. oh, it's beats the 800 range by a mile

i'm aware 4 isnt a ton...but mine is stable in windows :) cant get much work done in bios

I can get about 4.6 by upping voltages...prefer to keep them stock
