Yea you'd be pushing it with that PSU. I'd stick with 500W and above to be sure.

I've got a soundblaster X-Fi extrememusic sound card and $130 Logitech z5300e speakers and i must say, it's is excellent. Games are so much more fun with a great sound card and great speakers. So if you've got the cash, i'd definitely suggest getting a sound card :).
