I;ve been playing oblivion at 800x600 w/ hdr on . after a while it freezes on me or crashes my computer. i have a e6600 gigabyte dq6, 2 gb ddr2 ram, and vanilla evga 7900gt. i thought i'd be able to play this thing on a little higher settings with this rig... is this a hardware defeciency or...

I have the gigabyte dq6. i 've heard people saying it won't boot with ram that requires over 1.8 volts. my ram (corsair ddr2 800) is 1.9 v ... is this significant? will it work?

what is nlite?

I have two 250gb western digitial HD's. I'm planning on setting these up as raid 0. How do i do this without a floppy drive? Can I use a external USB HD or a CD? I only have one optical drive. I'll need to do this before I setup OS. I have the Gigabyte DQ6 MB.

In the MB's manual it explained that the connection is pcie 12v expressly for the pcie x16 slot to provide stability. I guess all provide all of it w/ power... is this ok? it's 7900gt not overclocked or vmod'd...

i have an 7900gt. it has the additional power connection on the card itself which i have connected to the powersupply. should i also connect the pcie 12v connection on the motherboard to the powersupply. it also sends power to the x16 slot.... the motherboard is a gigabyte dq6...

splendid! i was worried about the board... I also got the evga 7900 gt and the thermaltake armor... it already has four case fans. what do recommend that i get for cooling if anything? can i just get away with stock cooling for a while?
