I have been getting BSOD's in Windows Vista Ultimate right after logging in. Everything works perfectly in Safe Mode so i figured it was a driver issue. Can I install new drivers while in Sade Mode?

I'd recommend the HVR 1600 or one of the fusions. Look each one up based on your needs. I don't know if those will work with FIOS as they only accept over-the-air and analog signals. Don't think it will..
About the Killer NIC being a gimmick thats false. Does it do what it says, yes. Does it lower your latency, yes. Is it somewhat exaggerated, yes. No it is not worth it in a medium priced build, but if your going all out 2k+ its something to look at.
