I couldn't find any reviews for the site, and there does not seem to be any legal pages (e.g. Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy).
Maybe you could email them with a general query and see how they respond - might give some peace of mind.
I'm brainstorming here - have you:
disabled plugins/extensions
checked for Windows and Chrome updates
checked that Chrome is not receiving beta/dev updates
power cycled the router
checked network driver is up-to-date for Windows 11
