C++ is usually the best choice for game programming. But you should probably start by learning the fundamentals of Pascal. And I have to point out that HTML is not a programming language and would be completely useless to you.

I'd also go with C++.

Books are often helpful. If you're looking for something free, just google it.

When you register your Visual Studio software, youu get access to an online version of a book about VB programming.

Commercial games are almost all programmed in C++ these days. Java is too bulky for huge games.

I doubt you'll find anything for that good of a price, but, I usually use Patriot RAM. It's very dependable and cheap at newegg.

Besides php.net, you can try zend.com. Zend is a company that deals with php. They have a lot of tutorials and articles on advanced topics.

The best way to do this is probably just have two variables: a counter and a total. Make their scope module level (declared at the top). When the user inputs a number, add it to the total and increment the counter. When a user wants to see the average, just divide total by counter.

If your games don't demand much from a graphics card, go with the 6800. I've used that in a computer I built and it is more reliable.

OpenOffice is very similar to Microsoft Office. I'd suggest it if you need something for free. Also, you might still be able to get MS Office 2007 Beta for free.
