I managed to get it to install after running TrojanRemover. I'm running MalwareBytes now.

Firefox, but I also tried with Internet Explorer and it didn't work their either. It does work when I do it through proxies, though. TrojanRemover works wonders

I also can't go to the VundoFix and Smitfraud sites, I had to use proxies to get to them.

I downloaded and tried to run "HJTInstall" for HiJackThis, but when it gives me the security warning and I click "run" it doesn't do anything... Help? I'm running Windows XP

Too expensive. Besides, it appears the price went back to normal... What should I get? 2 GB RAM and 7900GS or 1 GB RAM and X1950XT?

They just bumped the cost of the X1950XT by like 40 bucks, so I need another card now... Which one is good for about 150-160 dollars? Should I go back to the 8600GTS? Or the 7900GS (which is about 40 dollars cheaper, so I could get 2 gig RAM)

I had just heard from my guy at a computer shop that sometimes there are some issues between ATI cards and AMD processors. And thats one reason I don't want the X1950, because it doesn't overclock well. ...Now I just have to remember how to overclock.

I'm just going to end up overclocking my card anyway, so...

Not getting an X1950 or a 7900gs, because they can't be upgraded to Vista eventually. Oh, and because I don't want to raise my budget anymore. Same thing goes for your motherboard. All I'm really asking is do they work together?
