Figured it out....Had to take out one stick, then up the voltage to 2.2V for my Crucial Ballistix, then put in both sticks, just in case anyone else has this problem.

Hey guys, I just built a rig with a Biostar TPower I45. When I try to boot, it starts up fine, so it seems, power comes on just great. Then, after about 3 seconds, everything quiets down a lot, as if it goes to like, 1/3 power, and the BIOS code is stuck at I think E1...It's either E1 or 31 I...

Oh, and by the way, Microcenter also had an i7 920 for $220 when I was there yesterday. Just letting everyone know, that seemed like an awesome deal.

Awesome, guys, thanks for your advice. I went with the Q9300 already, but it's great to see your advice. I'll try to stay patient with OCing once it gets up and running, and let you know how it goes.

The Q9300 is $180 at Microcenter right now, which is the only reason it's even in the running.

How do you guys feel about this build? CPU: Q9300 GPU: HIS IceQ4 Radeon HD 4850 512MB Mobo: Biostar TPower I45 PSU: Antec Neopower 650W Just trying to see if this is a good build, about to go pick it all up. EDIT: Already have RAM and some of the other necessities.
