Use prime 95...take your time and test well. You rush and your going to have problems :)

If for gaming than go for the atlon 64 system..it will perform better for gaming :)

Well temps that high will shorten the life og the chip significantly. May not to the point of getting artifacts but still not good for the chip.

Lineage 2 is a great game. It is a MMORPG but if you liked Diablo 2 pretty sure you will love this. See link in my siggy for how to play :)

Thermal grease fills the gaps in between the surface of the chip and the face of the heatsink ensuring best heat transfer. And it is 100% needed. :)

Bitdefender also has a built in firewall which is actually pretty decent. Thing i like about BD is it scans for viruses in the "wild". For those of you that don't know what that means. It scans for viruses that there have not been definitions made for yet..or are unknown.

Should be fine if it is the same consistency as it was when you opened it. :)
