I would but there is little I can do when I can't access anything on my comp. And my past problems wern't with this comp. It's not my windows. Otherwise this would have happend with Service pack 2 or something else. This is all Nortan.

My gateway (unsure of the exact model) will freeze up on the boot screen and sit there forever. I have tried to boot it up in safe mode but the keyboard and everything else is completly frozen. Any suggestions on how to fix this.
