Does anybody else have any advice about something other than my RAM or some real experiences with dual channel vs. non dual channel?

Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my description... I currently have a 512MB stick in one slot, and another 512MB stick in another slot running in dual channel. I want to either... a.) buy another two 512MB sticks to fill the two remaining slots, keeping the dual channel configuration or... b.)...

I think the problem has to do with the refresh rates of the monitor. Adjust the refresh rate until you find one that doesn't make the noise.

I chose Amp as my favorite. I haven't tried many energy drinks, but I do like the taste of Amp. I can't stand the taste of Red Bull. To me it tastes like liquid Sweet Tarts. Also, this was taken from the site with the calculator:
