Yes those AMDs will beat your Intel but it seems everyone here is missing the point. Is it worth buying a new CPU when the one YOU ALREADY HAVE is more than capable?? Heck no, spend the money on upgrading other parts. Some of you AMD guys are plain crazy.

Agreed. For the everyday gaming machine that audigy 4 isn't a good bet. you can get an X-Fi pretty cheap.

Very few actually own the 57 and have real experience with it. I can't say how good or bad it OCs but i'd put money on the 57 blowing your 3700 away when OCed... lots of money. :)

i doubt it. There's no good reason for buying 100 $50 games, even buying 10 games at once is a waste. You just can't put in the time that makes a $50 game worth $50. Get a better computer, buy a car, save for college/house/retirement.

That's a pretty nice monitor! Personally i wouldn't consider something of that price unless i was going to watch TV or a lot of movies on it. Might be a little overkill for everyday computer use. If you have money to spill it is nice though. :)
