its the same as XP...only can see up to 3.25gb of ram....which suks but oh well lol thanks anyways

hey guys, just wondering if windows media centre edition 2005 will see and use 4gb of ram if i put it in....as i have heard with XP you can only have up to 3gb and the rest will not be recognized ?? thanks :)

Hey guys, when i start my computer up...as soon as it loads up windows xp.....the windows system32 file opens up by itself... does anyone know how to stop this?? running WindowsXP Pro SP2 Thanks

start > run > cmd ipconfig /release ipconfig / renew try that

i have the leadtek 7950GT and i love the card...i play all the games on the highest graphics :)

try this.... cd drive dvd drive floppy new hdd if this still doesnt work try this... keep pressing F12 when u first turn your pc on...it will come up with a boot selction screen...select whichever drive you have the XP cd in see how this goes :)

how do you get a free copy of vista upgrade ?? i have a hp that has a sticker saying Built for XP...Vista Compatable....do i get a free upgrade?

i think this is the reason.... ^^^^^^^ also make sure u have the latest drivers for your video card

try doing this.. right click on the desktop, select properties, settings, advanced, then click the monitor tab and make sure there is no tick in the box saying "hide modes that this monitor cannot display" just give that a shot...it worked on my viewsonic monitor :) but im using 1400x1280
