I never received a windows xp cd from 2 companies that I bought which were DELL and HP I will build a computer first before I buy a second monitor

I was just looking around DELLs and noticed they only come equipped with 256MB ATI RADEON HD 2400 Pro Any good? same as EVGA?

So basic difference in E2200 and E4500 is cache ? Also I think there was a mistake E2160 is 1.8ghz and E2140 is 1.6ghz

Yea, I dont want to limit my power if you know what I am saying maybe down the line I will need more.
