can you give me instructions on how to install the new bios.. cause i downloaded the file and then i have this file where i gotta extract it and im not sure where to extract it or what to do after i extract it

Whenever i put my computer to sleep it messes up. When the computer goes to sleep, moving the mouse or pushing the keyboard will not wake it up.. so I push the power button.. but when I do that, it turns on then all of a sudden turns back off within seconds.. it just keep turning on and off by...
no i dont have neither of those.. but you think its a problem with the psu? i want to bring it to a shop but most of the time they make up some nonsense to try and make more money.. im just hoping it has nothing to do with the motherboard or anything else thats really expensive cause this...
also forgot to mention... not only do i leave it off for an hour or 2 before it works, but during this time the power supply switch has to be turn off too, or else it wouldn't work no matter how long i wait.. and this problem seems to happen when i leave my computer on idle... it happened again...

your talking about windows vista 32 or xp 32? I have vista 32 right now and it shows up 4gigs, does that automatically mean my system is using all 4gigs? if not how do I enable PAE?
I have Vista 32 right now, only reason why I decided to go XP is cause a lot of people are saying XP is better for gaming... and if I was to stay on Vista, is Vista 32 fine because unlike XP 32 it supports 4gig ram right... or is Vista 64 better somehow? I don't THINK I have any 64 bit software...

alright great i'ma start learning how to overclock my graphics card then.. one more question, what should the CPU temp stay under? i've had it overclocked to 3.4 which is 1 GHz more than default, it was showing a temp of 40-45 same as system temp, is that fine?
